Home cage RFID-based tracking data of female mice housed in three independent colonies. Data are in the compressed RData format and constitute data objects generated by the R package ColonyTrack (https://rupertoverall.net/ColonyTrack/). The files YOUNG.RData, OLD.RData and WIND.RData contain colonytrack_data objects with all raw RFID antenna contacts. The files YOUNG_metrics.RData, OLD_metrics.RData and WIND_metrics.RData contain colonytrack_metrics objects with derived features and processed data used for analysis. These files are supporting data for the manuscript Early-life experience determines the social stability of adult communities in female mice.
