UCSCXenaShiny Extra Data Repository (Q6685785)

This is the extra data repository for UCSCXenaShiny project. All datasets are obtained either from the public database UCSC Xena/GDC portal, or publications. The datasets are cleaned and stored in RData format and most data source can be obtained by `attr(obj, "data_source)"` in R.
