ASAP CRN Cloud Release (Q6686881)

We're excited to announce the availability of the Version 2.0.0 data release on the CRN Cloud! In this release, we have expanded the collections to include both Single Cell (sc) and bulk RNAseq datasets. Additionally, several datasets have been added to the PMDBS scRNAseq Collection (v2.0.0, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14373048),and three datasets have been collected into a PMDBS bulk RNAseq Collection (v1.0.0, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14373344). Cohort datasets of both sc- and bulk-RNAseq have also been integrated across the individual Team contriubuted datasets. The current data collections represent the fully fledged data product and processes are readied being expanded as additional data is uploaded into the CRN Cloud on a monthly basis. In addition to expanded data modalities from PMDBS samples , we have already been accepting contributions of datasets derived from iPSC, Mouse, and other Human tissue sources. Furthermore, additional modality datasets are anticipated, such as proteomics, transcriptomics, and additional sequencing types (ATACseq, multimodal-seq, etc.) Stay Tuned!
