Statements
This dataset contains the classifications made by the volunteers of Snapshot Serengeti program and three trained observers of sequences of 1 to 3 pictures, taken between 2010 and 2013 in Serengeti National Park (Tanzania). It contains information about the species present in the pictures (topi, kongoni or Grants gazelle), and the age class of the individuals of the pictures (juveniles of less than 1 month, between 1 and 6 months, between 6 and 12 months, of more than 12 months; adults; individuals of undetermined age). This dataset is used in the analyses of the paper Can citizen science analysis of camera trap data be used to study reproduction? Lessons from Snapshot Serengeti program published in Wildlife Biology (2021).
