Osiris_Data (Q6688149)

This repository contains data files needed to run the Osiris package. More information on these data files can be found on the Osiris GitHub page. The files in the climate_data folder are sourced from the ESGF node (e.g.CanESM5 historical datato download). More information on the CanESM5 data set can be found here. The Osiris package was originally designed to function with the CanESM5 data. If a different set of climate data are used, it may need to be regridded to conform to the same format as CanESM5. Feel free to start an issue on the GitHub page or contact the author (Hamza) for help needed to integrate your climate data into Osiris. Theyield_response_fcns folder has the LPJmLcrop model files. The Osiris package is currently built for use of this crop yield emulator.
