Statements
The dataset contains bulk RNA-seq read count matrices of NKcells from healthy donors after 48 h of co-culture with hepatitis D virus infected and non-infected HepG2-hNTCP cells. The samples are described in the tableRNA-seq_samples.xls that is included with the count matrices. Further details are given in the publication associated with this dataset (Groth et al., Front Immunol, 2023, https://doi.org/10.3389/fimmu.2023.1287367).
