Overview This repository is associated with the paper "Spatiotemporal dynamics of locomotor decisions in Drosophila melanogaster". All data and analyses required to reproduce our results are available in the SpatiotempDM folder. Data All data required to reproduce our results are available in the SpatiotempDM/datafiles folder, with raw data available in the SpatiotempDM/datafiles/rawdata folder. Analysis The SpatiotempDM/analyses folder consists of all MATLAB code (R2023b) required to reproduce experimental and simulation figures from the paper, with custom functions available in SpatiotempDM/analyses/customfuns.
