Datasets used in the paper Computation of the electroencephalogram (EEG) from network models of point neurons (2020), Biorxiv. doi:https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.11.02.364802. There are 4folders: results: simulation outputs generated by the networks of leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF)and multicompartmentneuron models. src:software scripts to compute thecoefficient of determination, R^2, between the ground-truth EEG andthe different EEG proxies evaluated in this work.
