The release of the Monod package (https://github.com/pachterlab/monod) is accompanied by the analysis of several 10X datasets to identify trends in transcriptional regulation mechanisms and parameters. This data deposit contains the copy-number data as well as the results of the Monod inference pipeline. monod_examples_loom_files.tar.gz:raw loom files generated by pseudoaligning Desai, Allen, and 10x datasets. monod_examples_fit_results.tar.gz: search results and figures from fitting models to the datasets. monod_examples.zip: a copy of the project repository (https://github.com/pachterlab/monod_examples).
