Pre- and post-surgical monitoring of experimental primary tumor growth and metastasis under neo-adjuvant treatment (Q6716240)

Summary This comprehensive dataset contains pre-surgical primary tumor volume measurements and pre- and post-surgical records of metastatic burden in 251 mice implanted with human breast cancer cells either untreated or pre-surgically treated with two distinct receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (Sunitinib and Axitinib) and multiple dose and scheduling regimen. The methods for the Sunitinib treated groups are detailed below. In addition, the data contains tumor tissue and circulating biomarkers collected at surgery.
