The unilateral quasi-static loading tests of the material samples were executed using a 574LE2 TestResources testing machine. From the material roll of the low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), testing samples of length 5 mm and width 10 mm were extracted. The measurements were carried out at 3 velocity levels (0.0002 m/s, 0.02 m/s, 0.2 m/s) in the transverse direction (D1,) the machine direction (D2) and D3 and D4, which are skewed directions in 45 degrees and 135 degrees, respectively. The data contains 3 zipped files named velocity_0.ABCD_m_s, where 0. ABCD is the particular velocity 0.0002, 0.0200, 0.2000, respectively. In each zipped file, the particular measurements are stored in the CSV files, each marked as DI_v ABCD _SN, where DI is the direction {D1, D2, D3, D4} and SN is the 2-digits sample number.
