E4Warning Bird Species Distribution local predictions (Q6719250)

These folders contain raster files of the four study sites in four European countries (Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Greece), which were created in the frame of the E4Warning project (https://www.e4warning.eu). Each raster corresponds to the monthly prediction of habitat suitability for the year 2022 for a total of 228 unique bird species. The R script created to calculate the habitat suitability and produce the rasters is available on Github: https://github.com/E4Warning/WP5/tree/main/Deliverable_D5.1. An R script that helps to summarize and evaluate the information about the contents of rasters is also available on GitHub.
