The authors study the property of standard Lyapunov values, give a more general ``jumping property'' of Lyapunov values, a sufficient condition for the \(k\)th Lyapunov value to be zero for planar polynomials, and give an example of a family of polynomial vector fields without weak foci of order 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 to explain the order of Lyapunov values ``jumps'' when the order is smaller than \(q\).
