The paper is concerned with discrete-time uncertain systems with matched uncertainties. It is shown that the discrete state min-max control law is a d.s.p.r. (discrete strictly positive real) control law. In other words, it is possible to define an output such that the open loop is d.s.p.r. Furthermore, the output can be selected in order to make the min-max controller realizable via that output.
