The authors derive estimates of numerical stable stepsize methods for the numerical integration of neutral delay-differential equations. Stability regions of both linear multistep methods and explicit Runge-Kutta methods are presented. This paper aims to extend the study of \textit{G. D. Hu} and \textit{T. Mitsui} [BIT 35, No. 4, 504-515 (1995; Zbl 0841.65062)] further.
