The author shows that for imaginary quadratic number fields \(F=\mathbb{Q} (\sqrt{d}) (d<0)\) with \(d \equiv 2 \bmod 16\) the symbol \([-1,-1]\) is a non-trivial element in the wild kernel of \(F\).
