We study the Cauchy problem for a linear system of functional differential equations of neutral type in a neighborhood of a regular singularity with linear delay structure having no initial shift of the argument. In this case, for \(t=0\), the initial set consists of a single point. Conditions are given for a problem to have a solution in the class of analytic functions.
