Quadrature product rules based on spline interpolation are constructed for numerically evaluating the Hadamard finite-part of some hypersingular integrals. Theorems on convergence and stability are presented and proved. The method is applied to numerical examples. The cases examined exhibited good stability and convergence and appear at least competitive with other known methods.
