The Sinha and Dougherty's subsethood axioms are introduced and discussed. Fuzzy subsethood axioms are formulated as alternatives to the first one. The significance of the fuzzy subsethood is shown by demonstrating its relations to fuzzy entropy, probability, and fuzzy logic.
