An inclusion for the vector Preisach model in the magnetic field calculations in a \(2D\)-domain is presented. Numerical results for the local field patterns which allow, for the magnetic analysis of rotating electrical machines, a comparison between the presented model and the more common models based on a single valued material characteristic, are shown.
