A construction for Hadamard matrices (Q687114)

Using block Golay sequences the author constructs a class of Hadamard matrices of order \((4^ n+r+1) 4^{n+1}m^ 2\), where \(2^ nm\) is the order of an Hadamard matrix and \(r\) is the order of a Golay sequence. These orders include many new orders of Hadamard matrices.
