The paper is devoted to infinite-dimensional analysis of Dirac operators in an abstract Fock space. The Fredholm property of the free and perturbed Dirac operator is derived and an index theorem for this operator is established in terms of a path integral on a loop space. The developed formalism gives a background for unification of some super- symmetric quantum field theory models.
