The authors continue their investigations begun with \textit{W. J. Thron} in [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 46, No. 1-2, 217-228 (1993; Zbl 0784.65105)] on the asymptotics of Szegö polynomial zeros. The present paper gives results for the case \(n \leq n_ 0(I)\), where \(n\) is the degree of the Szegö polynomial \(p_ n (\psi_{N,I},z)\).
