We give a definition of H-type sets in \(\mathbb{R}^ n\), inspired by the classical one of Raichman in \(\mathbb{T}\), and prove that closed H-type sets in \(\mathbb{R}^ n\) are of uniqueness, i.e., the only pseudofunction they support is the null one.
