The author uses the hyperstructures associated with ordered semigroups in papers written by P. Corsini, T. Vougiouklis, M. Stefanescu, I. Cristea, S. Spartalis and others in order to establish some generalizations for another kind of relation than ordering, namely quasi-partial ordering in semigroups or groups. Some applications to the study of differential equations, matrix theory or microeconomics are mentioned.
