From the abstract: In this paper, eigenfunction statistics for the Laplacian perturbed by a delta-potential on a flat torus is studied. The eigenfunctions of this operator are the eigenfunctions of the Laplacian which vanish at the scatterer, and new, or perturbed, eigenfunctions. It is shown that almost all of the perturbed eigenfunctions are uniformly distributed in the configuration space.
