The author considers the Riemann problem for a two-dimensional scalar conservation law \(u_t+f(u)_x+g(u)_y=0\), which is nonconvex along the \(y\)-direction, and classifies the Riemann solutions with initial data consisting of two or three pieces of constants. In particular, the author gives necessary and sufficient conditions of appearance of all kinds of the Guckenheimer structure in the solutions.
