Moment maps, scalar curvature and quantization of Kähler manifolds (Q701716)

Building on work by Donaldson on constant scalar curvature metrics, the authors study existence of constant curvature Kähler metrics on (compact) polarized Kähler manifolds. First some results of Donaldson on balanced bases are reviewed and generalized. Then the authors show that cohomologous Kähler forms are biholomorphically equivalent. In the end the noncompact case is treated using techniques of geometric quantization.
