On symmetric stable-like processes: Some path properties and generators (Q702389)

The author generalizes the theory and results of his paper [Potential Anal. 16, 79--91 (2002; Zbl 0998.31005)]. Starting from an appropriate Dirichlet form he presents a detailed analysis of what he calls ``symmetric stable-like processes''.
