An intelligent FLOLAP (fuzzy logic and on-line analytical processing) system which is able to perform data analysis to respond and to support the process of machine learning is proposed. The principles, methodology, and operation of FLOLAP are explained on a copper electroplating tank monitoring system. The case study FLOLAP consists of a fuzzy inference engine for handling fuzzy processes (including fuzzy rule firing), a knowledge base engine for domain information, and a database engine with FOLAP tools [\texttt{http://www.olapinfo.de/}] for data storing and knowledge extraction. The case study shows that the control experience/knowledge of complex multidimensional processes can be automatically captured and successfully used at the later stages of control by the proposed FLOLAP system.
