The authors investigate a periodic predator-prey model with stage structure for prey and time delays due to negative feedback and gestation of predator. By using Gaines and Mawhin's theorem of coincidence degree theory, sufficient conditions for the existence of positive periodic solutions of the proposed model are obtained. Numerical solutions are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the main results.
