Contributions of non-extremum critical points to the semi-classical trace formula (Q705338)

The author obtains the semi-classical trace formula at a critical energy level for a \(h\)-pseudo-differential operator on \(\mathbb R^n\) whose principal symbol has, for that energy, a critical point with the degeneracy order \(k>2\). Assuming that \(n\leq k/2\), the author computes the contribution to the trace formula of isolated non-extremum critical points under a ``real principal type'' condition. The result is valid for any finite time interval.
