In a pre-ordered real Banach space, the authors prove some inequalities on quasimonotone increasing functions and on functions which generate monotone dynamical systems. Applications, such as growth estimates for the solutions of the differential equation (E) \(u'(t)=f(t,u(t))\), uniqueness of solutions for the initial value problem to (E) with \(u(0)=u_0\), and some examples, are also presented.
