New choices of preconditioning matrices for generalized inexact parameterized iterative methods (Q711247)

Linear systems involving matrices of the form \[ \left( \begin{matrix} A & B^T \\ -C & 0 \end{matrix} \right), \] with \(A\) symmetric positive definite, are considered. A so called modified generalized parameterized inexact Uzawa method is proposed and its properties are analyzed theoretically as well as experimentally.
