The paper investigates the convergence behavior for delayed BAM cellular neural networks system with asymptotically periodic coefficients. By means of analytic techniques, some new sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee that the solutions of the networks system converges to a periodic function. An illustrative example is also presented.
