The authors consider a class of indefinite continuous and impulsive systems. The coefficients are bounded functionals. For continuous systems the ranges of variation of the coefficients which ensure exponential stability are derived. For impulsive systems the ranges of variation of the coefficients are obtained. A lower bound for the frequency of impulses is obtained to guarantee global asymptotic stability for the equilibrium.
