A family of linear operators \(B_0(\lambda)+p_1 B_1(\lambda)+\cdots +p_m B_m(\lambda)\) in a separable Hilbert space is considered, where \(p_k\) are complex numbers, and \(\lambda\) is the spectral parameter. The inverse problem of recovering \(p_1,\dots, p_m\) from a given finite set \(\lambda_1,\dots, \lambda_m\) of eigenvalues is solved.
