The author computes the minimal free resolution of an \(m\)-homogeneous fat complete grid of type \((l_1,l_2,l_3)\). The resolution depends on the property of \(m\) of being even or odd. For the case when all \(l_{i's}\) are equal, \(i=\overline{1,3}\), the author determines the Hilbert polynomial.
