As a continuation of preceding works, the authors continue to find a numerical method to solve some spectral problem for linear ordinary differential equations. More precisely, the problem involves a nonlinear spectral parameter, nonlocal boundary conditions, redundant conditions and therefore is overdetermined. In the present paper, based on the argument principle, an appropriate auxiliary problem has been imposed and a numerically stable solving method has been proposed.
