This is a continuation of a previous paper by the authors [ibid. 35, No. 3, 211--217 (2014; Zbl 1317.65250)] on solving periodic fractional integral equations involving fractional Weyl integrals using a polynomial projection method. The main result of this paper is a relaxation of a technical condition imposed of zero mean in the previous paper on the equation coefficients.
