In the first part of the paper under consideration [ibid. 2, No.4, 465- 483 (1989; Zbl 0669.57018)], the author defined G-surgery obstructions of G-normal maps, G a finite group. The current part II is devoted to a proof of the cobordism invariance of these obstructions. The methods are based on techniques of C. T. C. Wall in ordinary surgery theory.
