[For part I cf. the first author, Sci. Sin. Ser. A 27, 1233-1250 (1984; Zbl 0564.12005)]. The authors prove a Kronecker limit formula with Dirichlet characters for real quadratic fields. They use their formula in order to deduce some class-number formulas for imaginary-quadratic fields. The results are too complicated to state them here explicitly.
