In this paper explicit solutions for the cases of concentrated forces and moments applying on an elliptical hole embedded in an anisotropic plane were obtained. Without the aid of an auxiliary problem, an explicit solution that satisfies exactly the prescribed surface-fraction boundary condition was obtained. The solution can serve as the base solution for the case of any general loading. Stress distributions, stress intensity factors, and crack opening displacements due to various types of loadings were calculated and compared with earlier work to prove the accuracy of the obtained solutions.
