The author's results for parabolic equations [ibid. 21, No.1, 59-69 (1991; reviewed above)] are extended for systems at some restrictions respect to nonlinearity. Some properties of semidiscrete approximations are studied. Convergence of semidiscrete approximations to the solution of the original problem and convergence speed in different norms are investigated.
