Meromorphic differential equations (Q755953)

The reviewed paper is a brief exposition of some aspects of the theory of linear differential equations with meromorphic coefficients. Its introduction contains a short but informative survey of the field. The main topics discussed are the classic results of Fuchs, monodromy computation for hypergeometric functions, a coordinate-free treatment of the theory in the framework of complex analytic vector bundles and connections, the Riemann-Hilbert problem, an asymptotic existence theorem, Stokes phenomenon and Stokes lines.
