\textit{J. M. Hyslop} [Proc. Glasgow Math. Assoc. 1, 16-20 (1952; Zbl 0049.321)] has proved results concerning relative inclusion of the strong Cesàro summability of infinite series [see also \textit{T. M. Flett}, Quart. J. Math., Oxford II. Ser. 10, 115-139 (1959; Zbl 0087.054)]. The author proves some analogues of these results for double series.
