The author considers a nonlinear system consisting of Reynolds equations and of the k-\(\epsilon\) model of turbulence in the three-dimensional stationary case for the heat and mass transfer in the incompressible viscous flows. The existence of a weak solution in the space \((W^ 1_ p(G))^ 7\), \(p>6\), is proved. The considered system of nonlinear equations is transformed into a system of operator equations and of variational inequalities.
