A two-stage queuing system is considered that simulates the record of interaction between a connected processor and a central computer in automated queuing systems. The following functions are obtained in terms of the Laplace transform: the generating distribution function of the number of calls in the stages, the distribution of the busy period and of the server call-unloading interval, and the generating distribution function of the number of calls during the busy period. Formulas are obtained for the first moments of these distributions.
