The properties of a many-defect system are considered in the framework of a previously proposed model of point defects in continuous incompressible media [the author, ibid. 27, 383-387 (1979; Zbl 0431.73021) and 29, 345- 350 (1981; Zbl 0485.73017)]. The discussion is focused on energy properties of the system of mutually distant defects, i.e. defects non- interacting through distance-dependent forces.
