The use of nonstandard analysis permits a very rich classification of material properties at the infinitesimal level. The author determines the Q-elastic properties by infinitesimal relation between stress and strain and the equivalence class called F-elastic equivalence defined by the equality of the standard parts projections. This allows the author to order internal constraints. There are many questions regarding consequences of these definitions. The author promises a sequel to this note based on ideas of his doctoral dissertation.
